Needs Assessments

To determine if training will fill the gap present within an organization, needs assessments are conducted to identify the most effective path forward. It’s often assumed that training is the answer to performance issues, but dig a bit deeper and we find that is not always the case. It’s crucial to identify what kind of gap(s) affect the organization and what the true pain is that needs to be solved for.
